Some people from upper management don't listen to suggestions provided. They will force you to develop what they want and as they have didn't thought much of it it get failed and again they will blame you for that. only selected people to get promotion and if you get one then the only designation will be given to you no other benefits they will tell you that you are already in that salary band and after that, they will hire freshers more then your package. There are no new projects are if they are telling you it's a trap we are hearing it for the last 3 years nothing new coming up....Read More

I have been at the company for approx 2 years and got mixed experiences. Talking about the team, they are quite supportive in both development and support projects. There is limited scope for learning and career growth with less value to innovation and automation of projects at hand. Work environment is quite obtuse with trainings not provided properly and high level of dependency on a particular resource. There is bias beteen managers and employees by managers being promoted within a year or so whereas employees have to wait for about 4 to 5 years. This scenario even reflects in Rewards and Recognition when biased employees are rewarded and recognized by quarter over quarter.
What I like about the company is travel benefits incase of pick up and drop which most of the healthcare organizations do not provide. Night shift allowances and medium work pressure which over the period of time may cost you comfort zone and low challenges at work. Work life balance is great for development projects wheres for support projects the shift changes every week and there is less scope for flexible timings....Read More

Micromanagement, tracking employees login and log off timings by installing special monitoring softwares. I think using these tools would not really help to measure productivity. Less value for innovation and automation is also a big problem, I mean if a employee has done some automation in his project for the past year with appraisal at par the mistakes made are taken into account and not the results obtained. Policies for employees change now and then, comapny expects everyone to be a star performer but when rating is provided bell curve is applied even after the company has shown profit margin....Read More

My primary role involved development of adhoc requests and supporting the project with onsite client collaboration.
Work pressure is low to medium and not that hectic, depends really if there is work then all of it comes at once for a shorter period.
