Trainer was very helpful

Everything. Terminated hundreds of people literally during the worst time in world- COVID pandemic in April 2020. Just told we had failed in training but in fact they did not take any proper final exam. Very bad place to work. Would never even recommend to my enemy.

Very good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good. I got bonus in IKS when working.

Only thing i dislike about IKS is job training is not given properly.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
