If you are ready to drink, dance, and go out for parties with the mid-level to senior management, then all is well. Although they do have a strict Posch rule, in which I had complained about someone, soon to get cornered and lack of opportunities, unnecessary work extensions, leading me to resign out of compulsion and compel to leave.

Managers are very rude , not stringent policies to keep torture to employees under control, HR team is unfit , inefficient in solving employee difficulties and always takes side of the managers, very stressful job environment , unfriendly managers, work life balance becomes a complete mess, higher hierarchy ppl are not in reach. The only good thing I found so far was trauma bonding that happened with my work peers. Ironic.

The work culture is very toxic. The mindset is very conservative, it doesnt function like a huge org like it should.

Worst company with worst management with worst directors & managers. Company work culture is also pathetic. Not at all employee friendly. Managers with zero professionalism. (Became manager by staying in the same company for 10 years otherwise they don't have any skills) Doesn't even know how to manage a team.

The only good thing is there was a great job security.

The worst thing they recognise only wrong people for the promotion . It's been 2 years we did not receive any bonuses. Skill development wise they don't care. They only think we are labour and need to understand by them self and leave you in open. Company culture is so bad that you have to actually and literally be a managers puppet to get anything for yourself.

If you’re desperate for a job that pays on time IKS is a good company. Apart from that if you want career progress and increments then it is all political and this company is not at all worth it. And don’t even get me started on bonuses and extra allowances

-Worst egoistic Quality manager and her team leaders -they provide very less Salary for freshers and on the name of benefits they provide nothing. - as per record 5 workings days in week, but they called employees forcefully for the weekend and in return employees got comp off. And the comp off date decide the manager.

I didn't like my Team manager and the superior who had biased opinions regarding everyone and screwed my job for no reason although after working for 3 long years.
