IKF Finance Limited is the no.1 worst company would not recommend any one to visit the IKF Finance office also. The world's worst management we can find at IKF, with such an arrogant attitude and they treat the employes as home servent the MD and Chairman car drivers have an authority to rule on top level to bottom level employes. No proper plaining no methodology will be applied by management, they are from same family with same mindset of thinking ability and also they wont stand on their words. No job gaurenty, no pleasent work environment, should work as a slave to management. Employees who are goos at chamchagiri with out work knowledge can only work under the management. Few are working like same....Read More
