Very Poor management. Zero appreciation. over expectations from employees without providing training. The manager tends to hire his own relatives. A manager doesn't trust his employees and ask his relatives to keep watch on the employees. A manager has zero corporate manners. They don't provide any facility. Worst company to work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
