One can learn a lot in the organisation if he or she is ready to take all the shouting and unnecessary pressure from seniors.

Dislikes

Office politics, no work life balance, seniors making you to work after office hours and on weekends and still saying that they don't promote working on weekend culture. There is no job security, company and promoters can fire you as and when they want. Poor salary structure, HR is only for the namesake.
