Back end payment team support is very slow for loan payment issues for customer. Loan disbursal amount strucked in other bank ifsc code mistake . Already 1month complete but issue is not resolved

Increment was not done depend upon our performance....generally they do some lumsome not on our individual performance. Even though your performance is 100% u Wil get less than below 6-7% increment.

Excess pressure on employee below branch manager . Incentive os not satisfied , quarterly change incentive scheme. And you gave your incentive in every four month, receive promotion letter after 9 to 10 months of appraisal, and they didn't mention your current grade in salary slip. They said you a target in mail and give a target in orally is different.

Staffs are mostly undergraduate so can't expect good operations in branch they don't pay TA and other expenses they expect us to pay first then they gonna approve if they like or you gonna lose that money . Their targets are unbelievable for everyones b'day the branch is open from 8am to 8pm. The international trips for head of department levels. This is more of retention tactic.

Rampant corruption. Teams not picking up their weight and dumping it on each other. Upper management super inefficient, with decisions stuck at ceo for a long while because management doesn’t challenge the ceo but instead puts stress on mid or junior roles.

Thats a good place where you actually feel like doing service not a servant. From logical goals to compensation and office timing, all very good. (Writing basis my tenure with IIFL till Mar 2020)
