They do not invest in any tool, everything they use is a free tool which is of no use and neither you learn anything by those tool, you’ll end up with the same knowledge you had when you joined this org. They give complete WFH but they never give you support or any imp document you require , They have the dumbest HR who thinks that they can save money by hiring a complete fresher team and let go their experienced assets.🤣 Which leads an extra delay in their project’s Keyideas if you reading it, there are few suggestions from my side, Invest in a tool like JIRA which can channel workflow between all your teams. Stop focusing on updating status, rather focus on work , coz you already use some free tools to calculate your employees time. And hire some experienced persons....Read More

I started working at Keyideas as an UI/UX trainee and gradually moved up the ladder. It has been a learning experience for me as they have one of the best UI/UX vision for their client sites . Lot of research needs to be done at every development stage and lot of moodboard , user persona's, visual lifecycle that needs to be created. I am going to complete 2 years at Keyideas in a week. Thought of pinning my experience here. I joined Keyideas when my career was going through a bad phase. The company which I joined initially laid off 40+ employees from the team and I was one to suffer. Back at home my sister got ill and had to keep visiting the hospital for her treatment. Then came a time when the covid hit and again my job which I took closed. So there was a lot of instability in my career. roughly remember giving 45-odd interviews but with no luck. Finally, I received a call from the HR at Keyideas. I was so disappointed still tried giving the interview. I managed to clear the assignment round and the tech round. Then came the salary negotiations and so the HR gave me a fair hike but she even mentioned sticking to the job as there was a lot of instability in my resume and with not proper documents I might have problems in the later stage of my career. Today it's been 2 years and I am feeling good. At least I have done something good for my career with the support of the team and my colleagues. Happy to take the advice of HR. Every year without asking for I get a good hike and appraisal and also a mid bonus from time to time. what more should I ask for? Must say they are genuine and good people. They are strict when they come to their policies but it is for the betterment of the end so everything is fine and fair for me....Read More

It s been over two years now. I have found a stable company that is ready to pay if you work honestly. Before this, I changed almost 3 jobs in a span of 1 year because of covid, project issues, and company closure. But moving to Keyideas I can say I have learning and growing my skills. The appraisal, bonuses, and salaries are always on time.
