they will not pay your Salary ... 100+ people they had not paid there salary . All Management are cheater . Specially Ravinder Jain , Manjulah and Shabna are gang of Fake people . They cheat Schools and not giving them services and They Cheat Sales Staff by not paying with for 3-4 months. Pls do not join this company .

Nothing good in this company , the positive review you see in their post are all fake and given by their developer team by fake profiles.
Company is running my family member and they are enjoying the money of their uncle setting in USA. Company donot have any SOP , HR manual and written guidelines. Poor Product which is not running properly. This having a client only in BIHAR and sales team only in BIHAR / Jharkhand . they do not having a single Client in any other part of the country. Secondly, Sales people at alerts from this company , if you are on remote area. they are not paying your 2-3 months and they put you on PIP and hold your 2 months salary , Every month they hire 2-3 sales person and fire 2-3 Sales person without clearing their dues and salary . You expense in traveling from your own pocket and generate lead from them and they not pay your salary . Extremly BIHAR company this is . they project them self as Hyderabad company but they do not have any school or client in Hyderabad or even any part of the country . Lot, poor product quality, support system, and over all management especially sales head, he don't have any quality to be in position of top management. taking credits of sales person into his name. He will visit each territory and the sales person have to take him to hot cases and he will close deal giving 70-75% discount, (for same client if sales person ask discount maximum of 20%discount approval will give)and immediately call management and intimate them he close a deal. If he stay back in head office and give minimum 50%discount the sales guy can close deal and company can save the cost of sales head travel and acvomadation. If company remove him they can save huge cost and related expense and with close working with their field sales team company can grow easily. There is no job security hire and fire is policy. Never give time to sales person to build his territory and no option for employees to discuss about issue they faces.
