Company is running my family member and they are enjoying the money of their uncle setting in USA. Company donot have any SOP , HR manual and written guidelines. Poor Product which is not running properly. This having a client only in BIHAR and sales team only in BIHAR / Jharkhand . they do not having a single Client in any other part of the country. Secondly, Sales people at alerts from this company , if you are on remote area. they are not paying your 2-3 months and they put you on PIP and hold your 2 months salary , Every month they hire 2-3 sales person and fire 2-3 Sales person without clearing their dues and salary . You expense in traveling from your own pocket and generate lead from them and they not pay your salary . Extremly BIHAR company this is . they project them self as Hyderabad company but they do not have any school or client in Hyderabad or even any part of the country .
