There is always an excuse by the management that they are running out of funds in terms of salary disbursement, apart from that they have 2, 3 times DUBAI trip in the name of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, but the company never got such opportunities to serve overseas clients. And the worse thing to share the HR out there has no knowledge inadministration policies and guidelines or any labour complaince, while working this company since 2015 we have never received SALARY on time it was done after calling them several times, and about employee exit policies they simply the same as the HR is introduced above. . I love my job because aeroplane is always my first love, it's all about my own efficacy that client still asking my presence at the airport Kolkata, today i am discouraged with notice period and so I have moved on to find new challenge.
