I was satisfied wit my work & low stress &.manageable for everyone (i.e, work time & leaves & so on)

There is no work experience certificate which may lead an issue for the required workers who has an idea to resigning their job n join in other company & although i worked there for 6 months, i did not get any compensation from the company.

My work was challenging bcoz my work is to register the cases( i.e, accidental and injury cases), which is the 1st step, where we need to be more attentive, of any mistakes takes place then the how things may go wrong.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
