This is my firls retail Brand which i have very great experience and i never forget My old employees. Specially i love ifb productivity ,training experience and job area. He giving me a great ptalform how to i grow in my carrier but after that great experience, i was fev problems with Mannagement. They can't understand our old employee value and ebility. That is the issue in IFB

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Extremely Toxic Culture.65 + Years olds are also still Involved in day to day operations.Their review are very famous and one will lose all abilities ! Most of the Seniors are doing buttering up and resultant culture is very toxic.Just talk to Senior/Middle level employees who have literally run away. Recently the CEO too have resigned!
