The day I resigned and was serving my notice period, by next week I was told not to report to work, all the applications access was blocked and company will pay for the entire notice periord, this is the best part of the company.

Dislikes

I joined the company in Aug, 2020 as Deputy Branch Manager and I got first counsellor in Feb, 2021 till time I was all alone and managing the branch. Company wanted me to achieve 150 sales all alone which was highly impossible. Just coz I did not met the target management started targeting me and tremendous pressure to resign from the job. People working in Overseas will agree that no one can achieve 150 sales for January intake. Low quality and less quantity of leads.
