Well organized non Gujarati bias firm, where All non gujarati lead company with lakhs packages on company pay role and Gujarati are working on Contract Basis , HR head is Such pathetic person, MD vision is out of universe, 90% staff in corporate level is South indian and they all promote only their persons. Non Gujarati people recruiting on company payroll , no matter how much they are experience but they all are get stating package of minimum 7lakhs.
