IDMC was really good organization to work but from last 3-4 years, higher management changed. It is working like one man show by managing director. In addition, company and employees growth are started shrinking in terms of revenue of organisations and earning, professional growth of individual. I am never wanted to write such thing on plateform but I have to told bitter truth for new joining employees.
