IDMC was really good organization to work but from last 3-4 years, higher management changed. It is working like one man show by managing director. In addition, company and employees growth are started shrinking in terms of revenue of organisations and earning, professional growth of individual. I am never wanted to write such thing on plateform but I have to told bitter truth for new joining employees. I request to new joiner to think twice before joining this organisation and wait for some time for changes in management. Company is superb but one person has spoil entire brunch....Read More

Dislikes

Even second line of management, other director is not opposing to main one. This create more issues. As said by Shree krishna that " bure logo se jitna nuksaan nahi hota jitna sachhe insaan oppose nahi karne se hota hai.."
