Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. nothing like for project and service engineers ., they work like a , travel with too much heavy tool no use for engineer they are technicians tool. company Name is excellent their is some management very bad . need to filter and rectify the issue of engineer , the only one reason of left the job here internal management .

travelling policy , no food allowance , invest own take care of technician team and last department deduction of investment money . no respect of engineers .
