Management and working culture. There is no respect for engineers. Even managers dont have manners to talk with engineers. I would like to suggest you all dont spoil your life with such organizations where engineers treated like labour's & labour also not respect their engineer. Your salary decide on your relation with your managerthere is no respect for your skills. They are not allow you to work with competitors by signing the bonds etc. means your knowledge is useless after leaving this organization that means there is no scope in market for you. You can see there many engineer having experience more than 10 year. They unable to finding another job which is best examples for you.
