nothing like for project and service engineers ., they work like a , travel with too much heavy tool no use for engineer they are technicians tool. company Name is excellent their is some management very bad . need to filter and rectify the issue of engineer , the only one reason of left the job here internal management .

Dislikes

travelling policy , no food allowance , invest own take care of technician team and last department deduction of investment money . no respect of engineers .

They are not providing any assets to us like car,Laptop, its software and anti virus, measuring devices, pendrive etc…then only they are ready to recruite you. It’s almost Min 5 lakhs burden to new joiner
