No appraisal, non technical inexperienced inside sales team. GPS tracker on your bike, tour reimbursement not on time. Very limited budget for travel, mental and physical stress. Unsupportive management.

They give salary on 5th of every month, but in covid situation they have revised the whole CTC by deduction of 5-30 %.

1. You have to do daily cold call like door to door sales. Company will put GPS in your vehicle and also you have to shared live location with Head office team. 2. Sales Manager and sales executive have same role- cold calling on daily basis.

Worked as A Regional Sales Manager. You need to work as a Robot. There is no work culture nor work life balance. You are tracked on the field with a tracker and report to Headcquarters even if you take a leak. The Quarterly review is only name sake. No feedback is taken by the management and the directors falsely promise growth for the employees. Appraisals are nil.

HR policies of the company is extremely unresonable. They even make us sign a bond to not work with competitors for next 5 years after leaving the company. HR is not transparent usually lie and dispute on daily incentives on outstation travel expenaes. Also cut off salary with on frivolous reasons with daily reports. They did not give me PF account details till date even after follow up to the HR head multiple times.
