IDFC first bank working culture is amazing. But little bit changes need like carrier growth and salary perks. Eg.am working with idfc for past 8 years, but have not getting salary increasment and designation role too. I don't know how to work for getting this.? Even Month by Month achieved 140 above % and met all the parameters as per Bank expectations.

Dislikes

In my carrier past 8years my supervisor only getting all the benefits from bank end. Like salary increase and designation change also . I started my carrier at IDFC as a sale's manager after 8 years completed as a sale's manager only. I don't know how to getting the next position in IDFC? Even I achieve all the parameters in terms of business and collection's, digital initiates.for above 140%.
