Bank working culture is worst and bank pressure is misleading to misselling of product like insurance, no proper support from HR and Top level management, they are treating employees like slave and lack of concentration on service part, No job secure, employees are fed up working in IDFC also no proper system and access to track or reach to backend team.

Starting from the HR till the Unit heads everyone is only driving unethical sales and lest to think about the employees. Tremendous pressure for sales. Very rude and unprofessional behavior executed by the management.

I have been working in IDFC Bank for the last 4 years and 4 months but I have not been given promotion in IDFC Bank till now and neither has there been any increase in my salary for the last 3 years

I have Joined IDFC first Bank as thinking that I was a bank with good ethics but was worst the the small NBFCs with no work culture.Never Join IDFC First Bank to ruin your Career Politics done by Zonal & Regional Manager are worst to save their own neck by taking resignations from DM and TDMs. No HR support No Job security they just target you from the Day 1st to PIP & All. Please take feedback from previous employees before joining the respective products. Superior are running company as their fathers have invested all there and they are the sole decision makers. No transparency in appraisal and bank is not stable on their own policy they're changing it every quarter they are not driving according to the market need. They guys doesn't have clear vision.

Very bad management, kind of fraud people, they don't adhere to their CEOs emails, extreme overtime everyday and no ot paid

Dislikes

It's a very bad company to work for, you will have no proper time to logout, they make you sit for extra hours everyday without paying anything extra, even women are asked to stay and they don't let you leave. It's like a jail, pathetic management.
