Nothing to like here such a toxic culture, I am very upset to writing such review because I am being feed by IDFC, but I can't refuse reality since morning day started you just being torture by your BSM, then BM, then your ASM. Hell no one knows how to talk their junior they yelling everytime on you like you're a their slave, this is disgusting you have to work here on Sunday or even on holiday, HR says you will get compensatory off but, your boss says how dare you to talk about off....Read More

Everything, they have just opened shops instead of branches and there is not enough space so that you can do little bit rest in branch, you have only two options wether all time keep standing on your own or stray away out of branche, If you wanna do some rest then just stop thinking about this you can't do rest because there is no space for employees in branches. If you don't believe just visit once any single branch you will find out automatically....Read More

I was great timing working with idfc bank because my super senior is always support.

If your work performance is not good so your senior is not supported you and he is training to how can fire you this is very bad.

Salary is regular not good all depends on incentives but career growth is slow. But i heartly thankful for IDFC FIRST BANK and feel proud i was lil beat part of this firm from last 3 yrs.
