Never do any work in IDFC bank. After stopping work, they cause a lot of trouble during exit clearance and whatever clearance takes place. I do not make it clear. They create problems even during relieving latter, they create problems even during service latter, no work gets done properly and seniors do not even receive the phone calls, they cause a lot of trouble. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
