Starting from the HR till the Unit heads everyone is only driving unethical sales and lest to think about the employees. Tremendous pressure for sales. Very rude and unprofessional behavior executed by the management.

There was nothing to like about IDFC Bank, TL, Hr, Managers were fraud and lier. Partial between existing employees.TL were giving personal attention to their existing employees.

Work culture, hectic environment, partial people, helpless hr team, Mentors, appraisal was not their for specific employees. They never allow to take a leave on sick or severe aches. Hard-core calling more than 200 didn't allow to take a break in middle of time,. There was a fix short break n lunch time in between we can't go to drink water or toilet. TL never allow you to go. Even in other products as well company culture is average, very aggressive for customer service to give results which is making employees feel frustrated due to work load and unable to manage work life balance. Too frequent changes in organisation is also affecting employees growth working hard from many years.

There is no work life balance , lack of guidance, no learning curve, you have wait post shift hours daily!!! login hrs are more than 12 hrs also your weekoff will get cancelled at any moment and they ask to manage weekoff later it means yiu are working continuously 7 days with no work off!!

No clarity of job profile, work profile changes as per management decisions opposite of defined KRA. Senior Employees are disregarded and often looked down at and have to report to junior employees with less skills, work experience. Not at all Ethical & Professional place to work with.

I resigned from this job because there was too much of favoritism specially in their Lower Parel branch. There is this person name Ajeetkumar Pandey (Branch Relationship Manager) who was previously Banker Authoriser is worst. 10 to 12 tellers/ cashier have resigned because of him.
