Work experience in IDFC FIRST Bank, Agartala has been satisfactory so far.. Bank provides me adequate opportunity to deal with all customs or requirements and this this helps me do the best out of me in work and to developing banks criteria in building management.

Bank working culture is worst and bank pressure is misleading to misselling of product like insurance, no proper support from HR and Top level management, they are treating employees like slave and lack of concentration on service part, No job secure, employees are fed up working in IDFC also no proper system and access to track or reach to backend team.

As an organization its good, the management is very aggressive in market. They are proactive in every market demands.

Work life balance is low, company culture is still like NBFC type. Hr is not strong here...

In sales work life balance is not present. Even in other products as well company culture is average, very aggressive for customer service to give results which is making employees feel frustrated due to work load and unable to manage work life balance. Too frequent changes in organisation is also affecting employees growth working hard from many years.

It was a bad decision to work with such bank

I was on notice period due to my health condition but after a month of serving my notice period my health was not that good to resume work. Even after submitting medical documents my employer terminated my service and stating that I need to pay the rest of money for the remaining days of my notice period and does not settled my FNF stating it's in negative

Working culture is worst I've wver seen , they demotivate their employee Also working hours to long my official working time is 9:30 to 6:30 But i came by 9 am and we leave the branch at 8pm or 8:30

Nothing is good in the Bank.. Very bad working culture. Manager don't even know how to deal with the team. Unskilled managers.
