Pathetic Work culture. As seniors are a liability on the company. They don't know how to treat employees and especially Management Trainees . Seniors don't even know how to talk in English and maintain corporate culture as well as don't know even how to run the laptop and basic things and not even help the subordinates due to which they micromanage the subordinates .

I have Joined IDFC first Bank as thinking that I was a bank with good ethics but was worst the the small NBFCs with no work culture.Never Join IDFC First Bank to ruin your Career Politics done by Zonal & Regional Manager are worst to save their own neck by taking resignations from DM and TDMs. No HR support No Job security they just target you from the Day 1st to PIP & All. There very less chances to get promotion here , I have seen people are working here for more than 3-4 years not getting promotion. Also there is lack of backing to employees by their seniors (head) .

In sales work life balance is not present. Even in other products as well company culture is average, very aggressive for customer service to give results which is making employees feel frustrated due to work load and unable to manage work life balance. Too frequent changes in organisation is also affecting employees growth working hard from many years.

There is no work life balance , lack of guidance, no learning curve, you have wait post shift hours daily!!! login hrs are more than 12 hrs also your weekoff will get cancelled at any moment and they ask to manage weekoff later it means yiu are working continuously 7 days with no work off!!
