All the above things depend on the team, few teams are really very good and few teams are horrible due to the environment created.

Very bad management, kind of fraud people, they don't adhere to their CEOs emails, extreme overtime everyday and no ot paid

It's a very bad company to work for, you will have no proper time to logout, they make you sit for extra hours everyday without paying anything extra, even women are asked to stay and they don't let you leave. It's like a jail, pathetic management.
