Company Culture is not good. Everyone is threatening everyone because of staff loans, management should work on curtailment of such behaviour. HR is unaware of basic policies, when on boarding they say that bonus would be around 40-50% but at appraisal time everything goes below water. Work life balance is terrible. You will be insulted to the core if you don't do sales. No respect given to people in front line sales and those who are at individual roles if sales target is not met. If you achieve the target you will be treated as a king.

A company doesn't work on hia own.. Its the people who drives it. If the driver is not good enough in terms of taking calls then team down the line will always suffer.
