Sales pressure is truly high. There is no clear vision for achievements. Growth and learning is not given importance. No recongnition is given for your hard work.

Work Details

My work was basically a referral target but was also pressured to do sales. Apart from looking into brach operation you had to go for client meetings. The sales pressure was really challenging. And no support from sr. Management.
