Bank working culture is worst and bank pressure is misleading to misselling of product like insurance, no proper support from HR and Top level management, they are treating employees like slave and lack of concentration on service part, No job secure, employees are fed up working in IDFC also no proper system and access to track or reach to backend team.

If the reporting manager is good, then everything is fine. Luckily, I had a great manager; the bonding with all the team members was good, and everything was going well. The new manager doesn’t know anything at all, so what can you learn from him? That's why I have submitted my resignation.

If we look at all the banks, there’s nothing to dislike. If you have to give a dislike, I can say that no one knows how employees get rated.

Pathetic Work culture. As seniors are a liability on the company. They don't know how to treat employees and especially Management Trainees . Seniors don't even know how to talk in English and maintain corporate culture as well as don't know even how to run the laptop and basic things and not even help the subordinates due to which they micromanage the subordinates .

Only Incentive structure was good last year. But from this FY that has also being demolished. Only BO is happy as they were getting yearly bonus apart from monthly incentive.

Management decision about Products. They should allocate products variants according to the geography. Also Sales Manager should be there primary focus as they are the bridge between ground staff and management. But Sales Managers are only questioned all the time. Branch Managers only give instructions to SM but when it comes to appreciation, they take all but not give the credit to SM. And CH doesn't understand this point of view. Also there are only virtual trainings which isn't effective at all. Alteast twice in a year SM shiuld be asked for a training in a region. This helps to boost up there confidence. Many rights has been taken from SM in branch such as MS Excel, TCS view rights etc.. Due to this many things which can help in building Sales relationship doesn't work. For all such things SM has to beg Ops team and BM for support. There is not a single platform where SM can directly talk to concerned team for resolving the problems, no one from Backened team pick up phone for quick solution. SFDC is the weakest in this Bank. Very bad management, kind of fraud people, they don't adhere to their CEOs emails, extreme overtime everyday and no ot paid

It's a very bad company to work for, you will have no proper time to logout, they make you sit for extra hours everyday without paying anything extra, even women are asked to stay and they don't let you leave. It's like a jail, pathetic management.

I was on notice period due to my health condition but after a month of serving my notice period my health was not that good to resume work. Even after submitting medical documents my employer terminated my service and stating that I need to pay the rest of money for the remaining days of my notice period and does not settled my FNF stating it's in negative
