Good Work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is good. They give good salary hike and bouns. Due to covid-19 it become some what difference in culture and environment compare to previous months with huge work pressure but in that situation also I work hard and doing gud performance in the work.

No work ethics, even though your job role says no direct sales, its utterly door to door sales. Company claims not to believe in cold calling as a way of sales but its purely cold calls. Even though there is seperate staff for sales, the flexi bankers are sent out on field for direct sales. No work life balance. Apart from this, HR policies for employees are bad too.
