I am a part of core datalake team 1. No learning curve, same monotonous irrelevant work 2. Since monotonous work at appraisals you will get nothing. Head always gets involved in everything, so nothing in hands of managers and head already has it's favourites whom he brought from its previous companies 3. They openly say fill in the hours even though you don't work 4. You will forget the tech stack you know, since you will be doing the same task again and again which is not at all industry relevant. No architecture diagrams, no planning before development, no optimisation discussions, codes already written are horrible looks like an engineering student who knows oops can write much better code,you will be just wasting your time here 5.Things keep getting dragged, and always quick fix approach rather than a solution 6.No perks, neither on any occasions 7. Working culture is worst I've wver seen , they demotivate their employee Also working hours to long my official working time is 9:30 to 6:30 But i came by 9 am and we leave the branch at 8pm or 8:30

Nothing is good in the Bank.. Very bad working culture. Manager don't even know how to deal with the team. Unskilled managers.

There is no work life balance. Even any tym you can lost your job due to non achevable target taken by managers to prove itself infrint of their managers.
