Management is trying to give a better work life balance by imposing culture in branches to close it by 07:30 pm max.. this I found really helpful.

There are things which is not transparent at prima facia. For example - Nominations made by leaders for organisation prestigious reward and recognition. Hardly any qualifier have any idea on what ground they had been selected neither to people who didn’t get selected . As per me there should be a clarity on this. It should be selected on selected criteria and it should be public. Another one is ESOP, This is something which should be given to all employees in different ratios which will really charged up employees and make them feel like home. It should not be reserved for certain grades....Read More
