Work life balance is good if you are staying nearby to our office. You are made to sit back and work extra. Managers exploit their team members. Quantity is given importance rather than quality of work.

Work experience in IDFC FIRST Bank, Agartala has been satisfactory so far.. Bank provides me adequate opportunity to deal with all customs or requirements and this this helps me do the best out of me in work and to developing banks criteria in building management.

Bank working culture is worst and bank pressure is misleading to misselling of product like insurance, no proper support from HR and Top level management, they are treating employees like slave and lack of concentration on service part, No job secure, employees are fed up working in IDFC also no proper system and access to track or reach to backend team.

Dislikes

Starting from the HR till the Unit heads everyone is only driving unethical sales and lest to think about the employees. Tremendous pressure for sales. Very rude and unprofessional behavior executed by the management.

Very bad management, kind of fraud people, they don't adhere to their CEOs emails, extreme overtime everyday and no ot paid

Dislikes

It's a very bad company to work for, you will have no proper time to logout, they make you sit for extra hours everyday without paying anything extra, even women are asked to stay and they don't let you leave. It's like a jail, pathetic management.

I was on notice period due to my health condition but after a month of serving my notice period my health was not that good to resume work. Even after submitting medical documents my employer terminated my service and stating that I need to pay the rest of money for the remaining days of my notice period and does not settled my FNF stating it's in negative

Working culture is worst I've wver seen , they demotivate their employee Also working hours to long my official working time is 9:30 to 6:30 But i came by 9 am and we leave the branch at 8pm or 8:30
