The company is with good content.There are lots of thing to learn. Except space organization is low.because of that many problems face out.now in days i cannot attend company due to travelling distance,no source for going there and will do work and because of this absence financial problems facing.hope so i will again go there and do work as early as possible.

I am working there as a production engineer. My work is assemble circuits and testing that.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
