I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Very nice managers and supportive teams. Definitely aims to let interns learn as much as possible and there are many intern events planned throughout the internship that make the program fun.

Dislikes

Teams are assigned kind of randomly. Wanted a Full-Stack role, but ended up doing solely Backend work (Fine by me but preferred a Full-Stack role if possible).
