In ICICI securities my higher authority is very good, those are all coordinating each and every (SM) asking her problems , explaining Those Problem Also ........But our manager is not good y because he didn't have a subject knowledge I am facing lot of problems

This is primarily a salesrole requiring at least two client meeting per day. you will be responsible for acquiring customers and selling products like mutual fund equity fd , loans, pms many more. if you dont meet your monthly targets expect close monitoring from your manager and senior RH, ZH.
