Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there Isa huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn,t.address our issues.salary is a decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which.you.cannot resing.on the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting! Stuggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. l learnt everything on the job . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Yeah No Doubt ICICI is a big brand and they have lot of incentives for you for sure , as a unit manager you can learn how to interact with other people,and you learn lot of other things like selling policy to others and it's a Tuffest job trust me especially Term insurance.

Lots of politics if Manager loves you he/she will provide you renewal leads or they will add some good agents, otherwise not you have to search for advisors by taking ₹700/₹1200(below 25 Age) for IRDA exam it just like a small tiger was roaming in the jungle for food, don't think for support nobody will do. And Everyday Will Be Concall From Top Managers For Report and Daily Commitment.
