Dislikes

Career of an individual depends highly on his/her boss in Agency vertical. If your boss wants you will be getting mapped sales equivalent to your yearly targets in a month. Now the worst thing is if your boss doesn't support you in sales then you wont be able to match the sales numbers as others.and you will be compared with them.whole management knows all this .

Been there for 8 months...only reason to resign was my boss.
