The work environment and culture was good. Teammates are supportive and Senior Management is also good. Company's appraisal are fair and growth also not so good.

Dislikes

Incentive structure is good but they are not pay 100% of the current months achievement of this year. They pay only 60% and rest will pay after 1 year. Travel allowance only pay 1k per month which is very low.

Work Details

Work life balance is so good as compared to other insurance company. Always you get training from central team which enhance your skill.

It's a very good environment for working.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Work culture is so good as compare to other company. Job security is also there.

Dislikes

Company appraisal are very fair and they are not giving good salary or hike salary They are not giving any yearly bonus to Level-1 to Level-3 Employee. They are giving only 1k travel allowance which is very low as compare to other insurance companies.

It is a very good experience to work here. Every job have a pressure here also have but here bosses are very supportive and motivated you always.
