Job security is depends , work cultre is not bad , company policies are very unfair, they will change the rules as when ever they required , lot of partiality they will show Inner politics are running so your growth depends on your work Lot of biased inside the system

There is only looking for self benifits and and and for completing targets just motivate employers with different things but comes to reality nothing , all fake promises and services to customers is very bad . Only targets they need Even if you get placed in good company also they will stop you , end of the day they will ruin careers
