The company is extremely aggressive in all aspects, but the work environment is enjoyable untill you're in the right role. There is great exposure to all sort of issues and problem solving is given priority. Company culture is quite open and you easily voice your opinion. They are not the best pay masters in the industry but that is a small price to pay for working with the best of industry professionals.

Work Details

I worked with the top management, providing analysis of Co's performance vs Industry & competitors. I got involved in strategic improvement projects. It was hectic in phases - month beginning and year ends. Overall interesting work and good learning.
