I like to work in icici Prudential, this is the good organization, employee making discipline & regulations. Good environment. There is growth apportunity.

Dislikes

There is not career growth apportunity, there is making any request of employee, only senior management setting here, there is not front line employee value, there is not approve any transfer request. not making any complaint any fsc behavior that's why most of the employee resign, and not taking any employee request for transfer & complaint. There is not any employee making him opinion.

I am working in banca insurance, as fsc. Now I have 2 years & 6 month completed, and I am married but I request for transfer as month of feb but till currently I am working but HR not support to for transfer as impact on monthly business achieve target,
