1st of all Ipru is well known brand so it's easy to deal with clients. 2nd competitively amazing products. 3rd salary payouts are always on time. 4th presure for growth is remarkably high.

1st Very High Sales Pressure!! 2nd incentives playmates are very delayed. 3rd less work-life balance, sometimes you have to attend meetings on Sunday & have meet client on weekends also. 4th you have to be lucky enough to get a supportive BM & RM. Otherwise you'll end up resigning with in 6-12 mouth. 5th if you have hard-core sales mindset & have good networking skills then you could stay at ipru & grow. Working on even after duty time is over. No over time is given. If Target not achieved you have to visit main city office even at 8.30pm😔😕

Bad work culture, daily traveling of 37 KM home from to branch after that if they call you I ipru office then 20 km can be added, early morning 8 AM meeting on video call then 9:30 daily lecture attendance, 3-4 call from manager daily, harrasment, etc

The work culture is disgusting specially in bihar no chance to get promotion either you are performer i have wasted 6 year i was performed every year and got top rating then also no promotion only few % of increment i got. The senior manager are keeping there post from a long long years neither they are transferred so they are maintaining there own rules

But salem branch is very worst for managers support There is a lots of politics.seniors not help for juniors especially ANAND (ARM) PSF channel is help to senior only. Anand give only 6month time for begineers .After 6 months They don't give a business he compale for the separation . HR wise no action for anand.

The Worst company I have ever worked for. There is no work-life balance. Company work culture is purely political. No learnings and compensation is below industry standards. Suggestion to anyone who is thinking to work here: Better go for Delivery agent rather work for ICICI Prudential.
