Nothing is in it to work with...worst work experience ....woking hours are good but life'll be hell.Job security is there if you can recuruit agents with good background then you can survive otherwise it will be a mishapening for you after 6 months. You have to recruit agents as well as you have to sell life insurance there will be no lead will be given to you...all about is loot your natural market example Freinds,Relatives,Mother,Father,Uncle,Aunt,Friends relative,etc.then only you can survive. In market it is very hard to find Genuine working "AGENTS". If you can recruit LIC AGENTS,MUTUAL FUND AGENTS OR ANY ONE WHO IS INTRESTED TO WORK IN LIFE INSURANCE then you can do your business other wise it will be messed up....Read More

Lots of earning opportunity is the only good things.

There is no peace of mind. Senior management will not stand on thier word. Growth rate is very slow and Senior and junior management Politics is a big deal to handle.Everday u have to work there is no holiday. Officially sunday is holiday but according to senior management sunday is a working day.
