Job security is all depending on SM. Sm always put pressure to reach your target. Or else transfer from one branch to other branch. I had Rs. 2000 local Allowances but our SM never approved more then Rs500. Icici work culture is really good. Company policies like do your duties and get your fruity.

I really thank full to our AVP and Area managers they always motivate us to do better business. I have request to management to kindly give promotions after 2 years. If employee get promoted then your business quality and Parsitancy will be well mentioned by the employee. Kindly suggest to SM dont understand estimates new employees spend more money to get business from branch employees.

Work Details

This job was quite difficult but I was satisfied due to this pandemic I was not got promoted it seems according our SM. After putting lots of efforts to reach our goals. Its really really hectic work. Mentally tortured by SM.

It is good company and good platform to learn so many things like meeting different people n telling them abt how insurance is necessary in individual life.

The thing I don't like about icici Prudential is it sales based job.I joined this bcoz of it have never tried this type of job so .but I guess it won't be worked so searching new one profile
