I like to explain applicants that to sacrifice your personal life as you even have to attend office on Sundays even u achieve 200% of your target and no compensation for the extra work you did. But it helped me to learn what I'm capable of and what I can do. I became expandable with this but It will not give you personal life benefits.

Dislikes

It do not have holidays. You have to attend 31 days to office. This will make expandable but you may loose personal life and mental peace. Health issues may occur due to pressure and non friendly management system. Management will give least perks for your efforts.

I work in Bank Assurance department. I generate Leads and Business Closures from Walk-in, Existing Data, Bank staff relationship customers.

Basically ,I dislike the time schedule there is no limit of working hours and hike,growth is very slow. Now at this time work culture is also changing.

I should say working with ICICI Pru is life changing for me.I joined here as a frontline and now i am handing a team as an ASM. But as of now work culture is changing and no limits for work timing schedule.
