Job security and few HR policies now those are outdated. Nothing much other than job security.

No work life balance, no technology update infact few AVP's keep major updates of the application for next year to show their productivity for next year rather than thinking about team requirements. Should work on all weekends. No extra pay for overtime. Band 1 people come and say that they are going to implement overtime allowances but it's almost 2 years now but no such action taken. No internal job movements as they are scared to move resources for loss of track and no skill improvement programs.
